My Story
For years, I thought the goal was to eat less, weigh less, and take up less space. But through my own transformation, I learned something that changed everything: you don’t need to eat less to change your body. You need a plan. You need strategy. You need progressive overload. You need someone to actually teach you how to fuel your body and train with intention.
That’s why I created my 1:1 training plan.
I specialize in body recomposition for busy women navigating big life chapters like careers, marriage, motherhood, and everything in between.
My approach combines macro-based nutrition education with progressive strength training so you can build muscle, burn fat, and create a toned, strong physique that lasts.
