Hi friend, I'm so glad you're here! I'm Savannah, I was born and raised in a suburb of Seattle! I moved to Southern California three years ago with my fiance Michael and our adorable pompsky Bentley! Growing up doing gymnastics and playing volleyball all through high school, I've been active for as long as I can remember.
I developed a passion for fitness in college but grew bored spending hours in the gym. I found myself falling for programs that promised results in just 6 weeks but always ended up disappointed and discouraged when the program would come to an end. It wasn't until I moved to California and started picking up heavy weights and incorporated more HIIT into my routine that I began to see a transformation in my body.
I fell in love with fitness when I made it a part of my LIFESTYLE! I believe we can be healthy and still have ALL the fun! I don't restrict myself, I still enjoy the occasional Dairy Queen Blizzard and cocktail with friends but I do it all with balance while still crushing my goals!
