I used to buy into the 4, 6, & 8-week programs that promised to transform my body in a short period of time, but I always ended up losing motivation and would have no idea what to do after the 8 weeks were up! I realized that if I wanted to see lasting change, I needed to make fitness a LIFESTYLE. So I created Get Fit With Sav, 365 days of challenging workouts, healthy eating choices, and the support of an uplifting community!
